PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push distribution service providing method with which a user terminal predicts by itself that the user terminal enters a plurality of push distribution areas (areas) A-J present around the user terminal, can reduce the number of times of positioning and can distribute information of a shop advertisement or the like in a pin-point manner. SOLUTION: A data center transmits, to a mobile terminal, attribute information on positions and radii of areas A-J, the mobile terminal predicts that the mobile terminal itself is present in the areas A-J by comparing the attribute information with its own predictive location and if it is judged that the mobile terminal belongs to the areas based on a result of the prediction, a terminal location L2 of the mobile terminal itself is measured. A correction location resulting from correcting the terminal location L2 is compared with the areas A-J to confirm the mobile terminal is present within the areas A-J, the mobile terminal requests distribution information with the areas A-J to the data center based on a result of the confirmation, and the data center transmits the distribution information to the mobile terminal based on the request.
