FIELD: building, particularly building and building structure erection, repair and renewal, for instance suitable for monuments of architecture reconstruction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves digging a ditch around foundation from both sides thereof; cleaning the foundation of soil and damaged stone; forming reinforced concrete bosses joined one to another to create reinforced concrete collar from both foundation sides; digging out ground from under foundation bottom and arranging reinforced concrete cross-piece under the foundation bottom, wherein the bridge is formed as a single whole with the bosses. The cross-piece and the bosses are reinforced with pre-stressed reinforcement arranged in the cross-piece and the bosses. Upper reinforcement ends are secured to rigid consoles installed on the bosses at foundation edges to transmit prestressing force to building structure members. ^ EFFECT: increased foundation reliability, service life and load-bearing capacity. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
