A PREDICTED ARRIVAL TIME OF THE VEHICLE 13 AT THE CONNECTION POINT 7 IS ESTIMATED. THE TRAVEL OF THE VEHICLE 9 ON THE DEDICATED LANE 1 IS CONTROLLED BASED ON THE PREDICTED ARRIVAL TIME. WHEN THE VEHICLE 13 ON THE GENERAL-USE LANE 5 IS DELAYED, THE VEHICLE 9 ON THE DEDICATED LANE 1 IS DELAYED. THE VEHICLE 13 TRAVELLING ON THE GENERAL-USE LANE 5 CAN BE DELAYED AS A RESULT OF THE ROAD BEING CROWDED OR CONGESTED, BUT THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM CAN OPERATE SMOOTHLY EVEN UNDER THESE CONDITIONS.
