A mask to provide a supply of pressurized air to the entrance of the airways of a patient, comprising a frame and an interfacing structure (330). The interfacing structure comprises a clip portion (334) joined to a cushioning component (332). The cushioning component is at least partially constructed from a foam material and arranged to conform to a profile of the patient’s face in the vicinity of an entrance to the patient’s airways. The foam of the cushioning component has a density in the range of 40-70 kg/m3, an indentation force on deflection (“IFD”) hardness at 40% in the range of about 70 to 160N, and an air permeability in the range of 1 to 16 L/min at 40% compression 20 cmH20.
