<p>The invention relates to a method for cleaning the pollen used as starting material for medicament preparation and to a device for carrying out said method. According to the invention, the method consists in that the contaminated pollen (1) is sucked by an air flow, through an insulating sieve (2), the pure pollen particles (3) fall onto a filter (6) where they are retained while the impurities (5) adhere to the sieve (2), the amount of sucked contaminated pollen (1) and the air flow suction speed being controlled by a check valve (8) placed before the sieve (2). The claimed device for carrying out the method is arranged within a low pressure chamber (9) provided with a low pressure fan (10), while an outlet (11) of a suction unit (7) is directed towards the outside of the chamber under pressure (9), the sieve (2) being replaceably mounted on the inlet of a vertical suction filter (12) directed towards the filter (6) where the raw pollen (3) is retained, and the check valve (8) consists of a perforated plate tangent to the sieve (2), the perforations of the check valve (8) consisting of circular or oval holes of various diameters arranged as a circle or oval.</p> |
