The device has a plate (1) with grooves in which motor units are moved on a rail, and installed on fixed/mobile stations by a handle. Cameras mounted on the motor units allow to film the underside of a vehicle (10) and are protected by a glass pane and remote controlled with a control terminal in a transport truck (12). Weighing plates control weight of the vehicle, and jacks (11) block the vehicle during weight control or in case of abnormality.
