A long-type girdle is substantially constituted of a body portion (1) for covering from a waist portion to the upper parts of thigh portions and support line portions (2) sewed on portions of the body portion (1). Portion of a connection line (L) between a body front portion (11) and a body rear portion (12) is a lower portion (2U) of each support line portion (2) and portion of the connection line (L) is an upper end (2T). The support line portion (2) passes the front side of a thigh portion, rear side of the thigh portion, and lower part of a gluteal furrow, helically continuing from the lower end (2U) to the upper end (2T). That is, the support line portion (2) helically continues from the lower end (2U) to the upper end (2T) so as to cover, in a belt-like form, portion where great adductor muscles of the thigh portion are located. The body portion (1) and the support line portions (2) are formed from a stretchable material, and securing force of the support line portions (2) is greater than that of the body portion (1).
