FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: cardan joint comprises spider with pins and pair of jaws. Each of the jaws is made of semi-jaws which are provided with dummy bores for radial bearings and secured with bolts. The semi-jaws are additionally interconnected and preliminary stressed in the direction of the center of the cardan joint through the stop bearings that are set in the bores of the semi-jaws, nuts screwed on the connecting axial projections made on the faces of oppositely arranged pins of the spider to define triangle system for their locking together with the bolt joints. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability. ^ 3 dwg |
