PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-vibration/low-noise motor which reduces optional harmonic components in torque pulsation. SOLUTION: In this motor, which is equipped with a stator where an annular yoke and, radially across circumferential gaps to serve as grooves for winding, a plurality of teeth are made and a rotor which generates a field with permanent magnets embedded in a rotor iron core, being counterposed via a slit air gap to the above stator and retained rotatably, the rotor is divided axially into a plurality of blocks, and rotor blocks are stacked, being slid in its circumferential direction, so as to reduce specified harmonic components in torque waveform.
