PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a mobile terminal device, having a telephone function such as a mobile telephone set multifunctional and small-sized on a high level by devising an attachment for a camera module. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device is equipped with a chassis, a camera module 126 equipped with a lens and an imaging element, a circuit board which is superposed on the chassis and fixed to the chassis, and a camera holder 150 which supports the camera module and is fixed to the chassis, together with the circuit board, the camera holder having an aperture for the camera module to peep into and a wall part surrounding a camera module flank to support it.
