PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unsightly reproduced image from being outputted even when an image photographed in a non-focusing state is recorded. SOLUTION: The imaging device is equipped with: an imaging means, a recording means of recording a moving picture signal obtained by the imaging means on a recording medium; and a reproduction list generating means of detecting a focusing state of the imaging means during photography of the moving picture signal and generating a reproduction list for controlling the reproduction procedure of the moving picture signal so that special effect processing is performed when the moving picture signal recorded in a non-focusing period is reproduced.
