PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack enhancing assembly property, reducing component cost, making small and light, and enhancing reliability. SOLUTION: Two kinds of cells of a cell A and a cell B are used in the battery pack. These cells are constituted by sealing a plate-like electrode group in a laminate film, one surface of the laminate film is formed in a plain part having almost a plain and the other surface in a projecting surface part having projection, and positive and negative terminals are derived from the one side of the laminate film along the plain part. Tip parts of terminals of the cell A are individually bent on the plain part side and the projecting surface side, and the tip parts of both terminals of the cell B are bent on the projecting surface side. The cell A and the cell B are arranged so that the projecting surface parts are faced each other and are fixed to an intermediate frame 6.
