PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing rubber device suitable as an automobile engine mount, having improved vibration absorbing performance and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The vibration absorbing rubber device as a liquid sealed mount 10 comprises a vibration source side mounting member 11 attached to the side of a vibration source such as an engine, a body side mounting member 12, a liquid sealed chamber 20 encircled by an elastic member 13 of a rubber material and a diaphragm 15 attached to the body side mounting member 12, a partition member 14 for partitioning the liquid sealed chamber 20 into a main liquid chamber 16 and a sub liquid chamber 17, and an orifice passage 161 for communicating the main liquid chamber 16 with the sub liquid chamber 17. The rubber material consists of a samarium complex containing samarium and substitutional cyclopentadienyl groups and a polybutadiene rubber obtained by the polymerization reaction of 1,3-butadiene using a catalyst composition of toluene soluble aluminoxan.
