POWDER AND GRANULAR MATERIAL HEATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate enlargement without impairing strength, to improve maintainability and wear resistance in a vessel and to heat to an efficient temperature. SOLUTION: This powder and granular material heating device is provided with a horizontal cylindrical vessel 11 closed at both ends and having a supply port 25 at one end and a discharge port 24 at the other end; a rotating paddle shaft 12 running through the inside of the vessel 11 and passing through both end walls of the vessel 11; and agitating paddles 13 mounted to a plurality of parts in the length direction of the paddle shaft 12. The vessel 11 is composed of a trough-like vessel body 21 and a top plate 22 covering the upper end opening of the vessel body 21. The top plate 22 is detachable from the vessel body 21.
