PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sudden engagement of a clutch and inability to operate a clutch pedal, when a gear shifter for emergency 14 is operated. SOLUTION: A shift control signal and a clutch control signal from a control box (main controller) 4 are blocked by switching operation of the gear shifter for emergency 14, and a gear shift unit 6 is directly driven to switch a gear shift stage of a transmission 8. When operation starting conditions of the gear shifter for emergency 14 are not satisfied, for example, in a case during automatic clutch disconnection control or gear shifting, a case when the clutch pedal is not operated and the switch is operated, a case when the switch is operated during traveling, or the like, the switching operation of the gear shifter for emergency 14 is canceled, and the control by the gear shifter for emergency 14 is started after the conditions are satisfied.
