A light extractor inducing scattering of light is provided to perform lighting by light emission through a light extraction part placed on a prism film as generating diffused reflection of light in a pipe by using diffused reflection property of the prism film as excluding self-cleansing action and sterilization action by a photocatalyst. A light device comprises a light source part(1), a reflection mirror(4) connected to the light source, a transparent pipe(2) connected to the outside of the reflection mirror, and a cover(3) connected to one side of the pipe. A prism film(21) is inserted into the pipe. A light extraction part(22) is placed on the prism film. The light extraction part is printed on the surface of the prism film. |
