PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment excellent in assembling property and cost performance with a compact size. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment comprises a shallow box-shaped equipment body 1 opened at one side surface, an electronic block 2 stored in the equipment body 1 through the opening 1f, and a battery box 3 stored within the equipment body 1 through the opening 1f so as to be arranged in line with the electronic block 2. The electronic block 2 includes a battery connecting terminal 17 within a recessed groove part 19. The battery box 3 includes a protruding connector part 25 to be fitted into the recessed groove part 19 and directly connected to the terminal 17 by storage-directional operation when storing it in the equipment body 1. The electronic block 2 and the battery box 3 are arranged in line on a lower plate 1d of the equipment body 1. The electronic block 2 includes a battery box fixing hook part 18, and the connector part 25 includes an attachable and detachable lever 28 to be hooked on the hook part 18.
