An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp device is provided to illuminate a crosswalk uniformly by adjusting dispersion angles of LED lamps according to implementation positions of the lamps. An LED lamp device includes a case, plural LED lamps, and a switch circuit. The LED lamp includes an LED, a reflective mirror(112), and a collimator lens(110). The LED emits light. The LED is arranged at the center of the reflective mirror which reflects the light from the LED. The collimator lens focuses the reflected light from the reflective mirror. The collimator lens of the LED lamp, which is arranged to be close to an outer periphery of an LED board, has a greater focusing ratio than the collimator lens of the LED lamp, which is arranged to be apart from the outer periphery of the LED board. |
