PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MEMS microphone apparatus which improves S/N ratio of output signal of an MEMS microphone and provides a flat frequency characteristics upto high frequency range, allowing reflow mounting. SOLUTION: The MEMS microphone includes an MEMS chip which converts audio signals to electric signals, a shield case that covers the MEMS chip, and a de-emphasis circuit which applies the signal output from the MEMS chip with de-emphasis process.
