PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device improvable in charging efficiency, and to provide an electric vehicle chargeable by the power supply control device. SOLUTION: A power storage device 70 mounted to the vehicle 20 can be charged from a power grid 30 by using a charger 68. A power storage device 56 can be charged also from the residential power storage device 56. When the power storage device 70 is charged from the power storage device 56, DC power from the power storage device 56 is converted into that of a voltage level of the power storage device 70 by a converter 64. The DC power from the power storage device 56 is fed to the power storage device 70 via a converter 64, a switch 65, a DC power line DCL, and a connecting connector 27 sequentially, but not via the charger 68.
