摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device which can prevent the deterioration of the performance of a capacitor, and to provide a vehicle equipped with the power supply device. SOLUTION: The power supply device mounted to the vehicle 100 comprises: the capacitor C1 which includes a plurality of cells CL; a temperature sensor 20 which detects a temperature Tc of the capacitor C1; and a control device 30 which lowers an inter-terminal voltage Vc of the capacitor C1 when it is predicted that there may occur a rise in inner pressure caused by the temperature Tc at least at one of the plurality of cells CL. The control device 30, for example, lowers the voltage Vc to a level equal to a voltage Vb of a battery B. By this, the rise in the inner pressure of the cell CL can be prevented. The deterioration of the performance of the cell CL can also be prevented since the leakage of an electrolyte from the cell CL can be prevented by preventing the rise in the inner pressure of the cell CL.
