摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently raise a temperature of an electricity storage mechanism, using a simple structure. SOLUTION: ECU performs a program comprising a step (S102) for measuring a battery temperature, when a vehicle starting switch is turned on (S100 is "YES"), a step (S106) for controlling relay switching so that two module groups are connected in parallel, when one of the battery temperatures (1) to (3) is not higher than a predetermined temperature; a step (S108) for performing a battery charging/discharging processing; and a step for controlling relay switching so that the two module groups are connected in series, when any one of potential differences (1) to (3) are not higher than a predetermined value (S110 is "YES") and also, when any one of all the battery temperatures (1) to (3) is higher than the predetermined temperature (S112).
