PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system with highly flexible prize selection, which makes it possible to perform prize exchange for acquired game media in a simple manner for a player. SOLUTION: The prize exchange system includes: a hall management system device 15 for imparting points corresponding to the number of acquired game balls corresponding to the identification information of the player; an ID card 51 for identifying the player; a management center 20 for making imparted points correspond to the identification information and storing and managing the imparted points; a shop 30 with prizes which can be exchanged in accordance with the number of points; a shop management system device 32 provided in the shop and provided with a function of receiving the identification information and acquired point information from the management center and a function of reading the player identification information; and an exchangeable prize presenting apparatus for reading the player identification information, receiving the acquired point information corresponding to the player identification information from the management center and presenting the prizes that the shop has to the player in accordance with the received number of the acquired points when the player present his/her own ID card in the shop.
