PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device capable of performing photography different in photographing condition without setting the photographing condition. SOLUTION: A portable telephone 10 includes: a camera 6, a display section 2 for displaying thereon, together with an image of the camera 6, a menu (condition indication 222) respectively indicating a plurality of photographing conditions in a part of the image; a plurality of shutter keys 3 each for capturing an image corresponding to the menu (condition indication 222) displayed on the display section 2; and a photographing control section which controls to capture the image on the photographing conditions corresponding to the relevant menu when any shutter key 3 is pressed.
