PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can accurately take photos being continuously displayed on a display with secured stability. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus has an imaging portion 14 which shoots a plurality of images continuously displayed on a display, an autofocus adjusting means 28 which automatically adjusts a focus upon shooting images in the imaging portion, an autoexposure adjusting means 28 which automatically adjusts an exposure upon shooting images in the imaging portion, a white balance auto adjusting means 28 which automatically adjusts a white balance of images shot by the imaging portion, an image identifying means 28 which identifies an encoding image included in the images shot by the imaging portion, and an imaging condition fixing means 28 which fixes either one of the focus, exposure and white balance adjusted by the auto adjustment means when images including the encoding images are identified by the image identifying means.
