PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure which can ensure earthing of a shield box without special members or an increased number of assembling steps. SOLUTION: The shield structure includes: a monitoring device body; a first shield box 41 which is provided with a rectangular flat plate section 421 that is arranged inside the device body and is formed by cutting and bending a metal plate and a terminal supporting section 412 that is formed by bending one short part of the flat plate and is penetrated by a terminal and which is fitted to a sheet metal to which the device body is grounded; a terminal holder 44 which is provided with a terminal hole 415 that is in contact with the flat plate of the terminal supporting section and the opposite side and wherein a terminal penetrates, and which forms part of a box of the device body; and a second shield box 42 which is provided with a rectangular protection section that is formed by cutting and bending a metal plate and is arranged parallel to the flat plate while being abutted with the terminal supporting section and a rising part 422 that is formed by bending three sides not being abutted with the terminal supporting section of the protection section and abutted with the flat plate.
