PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray-type electronic card connector, installed inside a lid of a case of an information device with a lid, which can be downsized, and is excellent in operability of popping in and out of a tray. SOLUTION: For the tray-type card connector 1 installed inside the lid 22 in the case 21 of an information device 2 with the lid 22, and provided with a tray 3 capable of housing an IC card C, and a connector main body part for holding the tray 3 with the IC card C housed in free sliding with the lid 22 open, the tray 3 is structured to be pulled out of the connector main body part along with an opening action of the lid 22, and at the same time, to be pressed in to the connector main body part along with a closing action of the lid 22.
