The invention relates to residential premises (flats) and the other guarded object guarding systems, which will provide owners with information on the receipt of unauthorized intrusion or fire. The proposed system (Fig.1) operates via a computer parallel (LPT) port, which is used as digital inputs for direct incorporation of security zones. The PC is the systems center. Communications and reports transmitter is a mobile phone. The alarm detectors are attached to the LPT port. A special computer program processes the information received from the LPT port, and sends message via the mobile phone, which is connected to a PC serial (COM) port. Similarly, sending a text message (password) from the owner's phone to the system, it is possible to disable alarm.
