PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a composite intrusion detector including an image sensor and an infrared sensor in which deterioration of intruder detection capability based on image by an environmental factor such as rain or snow tends to cause detection omission or deterioration of detection accuracy. SOLUTION: When a human body cannot be detected in an image (S110), a person is determined when an infrared detection signal is a predetermined reference value or more (S120 and S122). At that time, detection omission of intruder is suppressed by setting a determination reference value Th2 of the infrared detection signal in a case in which a tracking mobile object which cannot be surely determined as a human body is extracted on the image lower than a reference value Th1 in a case when the tracking mobile object is not extracted.
