PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatographic analysis method capable of uniformly raising the level of color development etc. and reliably developing sensitization due to resonance plasmon effects. SOLUTION: In the immunochromatographic analysis method, a test material in a sample is labeled by a labeling substance, captured by an immobilized capture antibody, and detected. The test material is labeled by the first labeling reagent which includes the labeling substance, recognizes the test material, and bonds to it, and sensitization is performed by the second labeling reagent containing the labeling substance and an antibody which recognizes a recognizing section similar to the capture substance or recognizes the capture substance. The second labeling reagent is uniformly accumulated to make color development and the raise level of light emission uniform. Since the second labeling reagent is bonded to a location close to the first labeling reagent, the distance between the labeling reagents is close to reliably demonstrate resonance plasmon effects to acquire sufficient sensitization effects.
