PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor assembling apparatus and a motor assembling method, for easily assembling a motor comprising a housing with its one end closed and the other end opened, even if a magnetic force acts between a rotor and a stator. SOLUTION: An assembling apparatus 100 is equipped with a stator guide member 120 which is almost cylindrical and comprising a pair of end faces 120a and 120b and an outer peripheral surface 120c. The outer peripheral surface 120c is in slide contact with an inner peripheral surface 30a of a stator 30, a fitting hole 120d and at the center of one end face 120b and the other end of a rotating shaft 10 is inserted thereto, and the sliding direction of the stator 30 is aligned with the axial direction of the rotating shaft 10 when the other end of the rotating shaft 10 is inserted into the fitting hole 120d.
