PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitating apparatus capable of accurately detecting anomalies of agitation processing and preventing liquids which have not been normally agitated from being used for analytical processing and provide an analyzing apparatus. SOLUTION: The agitating apparatus 1 repeats suction and discharge of a liquid in an agitating container 23 to agitate the liquid. Since the agitating apparatus 1 includes an anomaly detection part 35 for determining whether agitation processing to the liquid to be agitated in the agitating container 23 includes been normally executed or not on the basis of the amount of a deviation between a suction pressure waveform indicating suction pressure changes measured by a pressure measuring part 6 and a previously determined suction pressure waveform during normal agitation, it is possible to prevent liquids which have not been normally agitated from being used for analytical processing.
