PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire with lugs capable of preventing vibration and hardly causing mud jamming between the lugs. SOLUTION: The tire comprises a plurality of the lugs 4 alternately arranged in the circumferential direction on both sides of an equator line of a tread part 2. The lugs are inclined from an equator-line side to a shoulder part side in the width direction. A grounding side end surface 5 of the tire with the lugs satisfies the following formulae: formula (1); 0.2≤S/P≤0.4, formula (2); 0.83≤WS/WL≤1.0, formula (3); 0.83≤WM/WL≤1.0, formula (4); 0≤A/T≤0.3. S: non-overlapping length, P: pitches between the lugs, WL: sum of lengths of lines extending to the width direction including starting points of the lugs and overlapping the grounding side end surface, WM: width-direction lengths at the center in the circumferential direction of non-overlapping parts of the lugs, WS: lengths of lines extending to the width direction including terminal points of the lugs and overlapping the grounding side end surface, A: width-direction length of a part over the equator line of the grounding side end surface, T: distance from a shoulder part side end of the grounding side end surface to the equator line.
