<p>The present invention [generally] relates to continuously and pollution-freely processing rubber wastes, including car tires, by subjecting them to pyrolysis and provides for both the use of pyrolytic products, i.e., the products received during pyrolysing the rubber wastes, for simultaneously generating thermal and electric energy to run the pyrolysing process, and realization of said products. The rubber waste pyrolysing device is equipped with a cogeneration station, which uses pyrolytic products provided by the device itself as fuel, a steam generator (14), a steam superheater (15), a source of indirect heating (11), a source of electric energy (21), said source of indirect heating (11) and source of electric energy (21) using heat of exhaust gas from said cogeneration station, and an absorbing refrigeration machine (27), which uses heat from condensation of the pyrolytic products, this solution providing a high efficiency of energy use in running the pyrolysing process and a high efficiency of use of the pyrolytic products, especially the gas phase thereof. The device of invention contains a multi-chamber reactor (1) configured to control the process in each chamber and an automatically controlled multi-stage condensation system. This solution enables to obtain straight-run liquid and gaseous pyrolytic products of various compositions. Fuel optimal for operation of the cogeneration station is prepared by mixing said straight-run products in various proportions in fuel-preparation units (40, 41).</p> |
