PAINT SHOP APPLIED GAS SHOCK ABSORBER RUBBER COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A gas shock absorber rubber composition for painting is provided to improve heat resistance compared to an existing rubber for gas shock absorber consisting of urethane rubber and oxidizer and to open and close a moving part with little power. CONSTITUTION: A gas shock absorber rubber composition for painting comprises 65~80 weight% of viton(fluorine) rubber used to improve heat resistance, cold resistance and oil resistance, 5~20 weight% of MT carbon black as a reinforcing agent, 10~13 weight% of magnesium oxide as filler, and 0.5~6 weight% of sulfur vulcanization agent. The MT carbon black can control chemical resistance and hardness.
