PURPOSE: A head board is provided to reduce a material cost of timber forming the head board and the weight, and to facilitate an installation and transportation. CONSTITUTION: A head board comprises the following: two side plates(10) separately installed to form an inner space with a constant size; an enhancing screen board(20) to support the gap between the two side plates from the inside; and a molding material(30) detachably combined to each edges of the side plates. The molding material comprises: plural insertion grooves(31) to combined with the side plates in the longitudinal direction; and a wrapping wall(32) with a constant width(w) to cover the edge of the side plates from both side walls. The enhancing screen board is located at a inner constant distance from the edge of the side plates or the grooves of the molding material to prevent the board from contacting with the molding material.
