CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION FORMING GROUND ELECTRODES OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A conductive composition forming a ground electrode of a liquid crystal display is provided to optimize the dispersion rate of a conductivity polymer in the composition for improving the permeability and the surface hardness of the ground electrode. CONSTITUTION: A conductive composition forming a ground electrode of a liquid crystal display contains 0.1~10 parts of conductivity polymer by weight, 0.1~10 parts of dopant by weight, 3~30 parts of silane coupling agent by weight, and 50~90 parts of solvent by weight. The conductivity polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene and their derivative. The silane coupling agent is selected from the group consisting of an alkyloxy silane series, an amino silane series, a vinyl silane series and others.
