A DIAGNOSIS APPARATUS FOR SVL ON UNDERGROUND POWER CABLE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A diagnosis apparatus for a sheath voltage limiter(SVL) on underground power cable system is provided to verify the deterioration state of the SVL and the operation of the SVL in real time by diagnosing a current flowing through the SVL. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(1) supplies power to a diagnosis apparatus for a SVL. An operation measurement unit(2) detects a current flowing through the SVL in order to measure the operation of the SVL. A control and display unit(3) controls the power supply and the operation measurement unit and displays the operational result from the operation measurement unit.
