PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzymolysis royal jelly powder composition in which a flavor unique to the enzymolysis royal jelly is improved, a production method thereof, a tablet containing the enzymolysis royal jelly, a flavor improvement method capable of improving the flavor unique to the enzymolysis royal jelly, and a flavor improver capable of improving the flavor unique to the enzymolysis royal jelly.SOLUTION: A production method of an enzymolysis royal jelly powder composition comprises: a mixing step for mixing the enzymolysis royal jelly and cyclodextrin in an aqueous medium; and a spray drying step for spray drying a liquid containing the enzymolysis royal jelly and the cyclodextrin obtained in the mixing step.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
