<p>Title cpds. of formula (I) (where R is ethoxy, pyrrolidino or isopropylamino), which are peripheral and coronary vasodilators, are prepd. by reacting N-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-cinnamoyl)-piperazine with a halide of the formula: Cl-CH2-CO-R.</p>
