Cpds. of formula (I) and acid addn. salts (where Z = NH2,RCONH (esp. formyl or acetyl), NHR1,NR2R3 or NHCONR4R4; R = H, a linear or branched, satd. or unsatd. cyclic or heterocyclic, aliphatic, aryl or aryloxy-aliphatic, carboxyaliphatic or aromatic residue; R1, R2, R3=alkyl, aryl or aralkyl; R4, R5 = H, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or alkylamino) are appetite depressants, anxiolytics and antiinflammatory agents.
