<p>Carousel-type plant for compositing refuse, in which heaps or heap like assemblies of material to be composted are arranged round a central space, and a jib extending over the material is supported at one end in the centre space and at the other end runs on wheels and carries on it a movably installed, automatically operating displacement machine which at the end of the transposition of a heap ejects the material present and automatically returns to its starting point, while the jib now moves further up to the next heap and the transporting device then starts to displace the heap. The heaps may form a star-type arrangement around the centre or be arranged in concentric or spirally aligned heaps.</p> |
