<p>The two halves each conform to opposed sides of a wrist and are joined at two adjacent edges gy a single hinge. The spring urges the free ends of the halves together and may take any suitable form. The spring may by a coil spring whose free ends act against the outer surfaces of the halves, or a spring strip firmly attached to one half and extending over the hinge to overlie the second half. A watch casing is attached to one half by any suitable method.</p> |
