PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high output by densely arranging a plurality of light emitting devices.SOLUTION: An illumination device includes: a light guide plate 50 in which one flat end surface is made to be an incident surface 51, and one principal surface is made to be an emission surface 52; and a plurality of light emitting devices 40 in which a light emitting element 46 is stored inside a recess 41 which is provided on a surface of a resin formed body, and which are arranged with the recess facing the incident surface of the light guide plate. Out of the plurality of light emitting devices, two adjacent light emitting devices are arranged by tilting in the same direction with respect to the light guide plate, and they are arranged in such a manner that an end part on a surface of a resin formed body of one light emitting device faces an end part on a rear surface of the resin formed body of the other light emitting device. |
