PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a dielectric elastomer suitable for solving environmental problems, having high flexibility and insulation breakdown strength, low in hysteresis and high in flow temperature, and an actuator using the composition and less in energy loss during operation.SOLUTION: There are provided an aqueous urethane resin composition obtained by dispersing an urethane pre-polymer obtained by reacting polyol (a), polyisocyanate (b) and a polyol compound containing a carboxyl group (c) and having acid value of 1 to 10 mgKOH/g in water so that its content becomes 10 to 70 mass% and then reacting hydrazine, and a dielectric elastomer and an actuator using the composition. The (b) component is a mixture of a diisocyanate compound (b1) and a triisocyanate compound (b2) and isocyanate group equivalence of the (b2) component to the total isocyanate group equivalence of the (b) component is 0.5 to 5%.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
