PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solder-connect terminals of flexible wiring boards while suppressing the occurrence of a solder bridge.SOLUTION: In a solder connection method for solder connection between a first terminal provided to a first flexible wiring board and a second terminal provided to a second flexible wiring board, solder is formed to the first terminal, then the second terminal is overlapped with the first terminal, and a heating member having low wettability with respect to solder is pressed to an overlapped portion of the first terminal and the second terminal thereby to solder-connect the overlapped portion by remelted solder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
