<p>Cycle-dependent noise-screening unit for the tool region of noisy machines, e.g. presses or stamps, has a screening element which is a part of a cabin-like cladding of the whole machine body, apertured in the tool region. Preferably the element is hood- or box-like and is movably mounted on the cladding. The element slides in guides on the cladding and covers the whole aperture in its closed position. The noise load is reduced without impairing accessibility.</p> |
