The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a liquid coating a honeycomb surface. More particularly, the manufacturing method of a liquid coating a honeycomb surface comprises the following steps: preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid coating binder; and mixing the organic-inorganic hybrid coating binder with a catalyst removing harmful gas. The organic-inorganic hybrid coating binder is manufactured by the following steps: manufacturing a silicate-methoxy silane solution by adding 100 parts by weight of silicate having an alkyl group and 21-71 parts by weight of methoxy silane to 200-300 parts by weight of alcohol, and stirring the same; adding 25-35 parts by weight of water and 1.0-2.0 parts by weight of nitric acid to the silicate-methoxy silane solution; stirring the resultant product at 40-60C for 2-3 hours; and letting the resultant product stand for 20-28 hours. |
