<p>Each panel (44, 46) comprises a frame of extruded aluminium alloy holding rigid plastic or glass screening. One long upright side (6) has four hinge sections (8, 9) spaced equidistant top to bottom, the other long upright side has three sections (10). Panels fit together side by side, the sections interlocking and fitted with hinge pins. Between each joint is a spring loaded washer (54), applying friction to prevent swinging. When fully open, two adjoining outer frame edges contact each other forming a stop. Seals are fitted underneath the frame (7) contacting the bath or shower alcove edge and the whole hangs on similar wall mounted hinges.</p> |
