<p>The compression method is for products filled into open sacks. The product is vibrated through oscillations acting horizontally and applied along the width of the sack clamped to a filler socket or similar object both during the filling process and after taking off the filled sack on to a conveyor band. The vibration process permits the enclosed air to escape from the sack and at the same time reduces the filling height of the product within the sack, thus permitting economies to be made in the length of the sack. The sack is evenly filled, shaped and stabilised simultaneously by the vibration process.</p> |
